What is a pre-order?

A pre-order reserves your stock before it’s available to ship. Drop 1 is now sold out. Drop 2 is coming soon.

When will my order ship?

Drop 1 ships in 8-12 weeks (from your order date) from Melbourne. You'll receive a shipping notification as soon as your order is on its way.

What if the shipping date changes?

If anything moves, we’ll let you know by email. If the updated timing does not work for you, you can cancel before dispatch for a full refund.

Where do you ship?

Currently shipping within Australia only.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $11.50 Free shipping on orders over $100.

Can I change or cancel my pre-order?

What is cultivated pork?

Cultivated pork is real pork made from animal cells, produced in a clean facility without harming animals. Learn more about how it's made.

Yes. Our treats meet rigorous food safety standards and are made in facilities that comply with the highest quality requirements.

How should I store them?

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, reseal the bag and use within 30 days for optimal freshness.

What size are the bites?

Small, crunchy bites perfect for training - easy to carry and quick to reward.

We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If your dog doesn't love them, we'll refund you - no questions asked.
